CH Santorini - Stellar Lucky in Love ~ "Cash"
Cash, handled by Megan McCartney, at
the Vizsla Club of the Carolina's Specialty, April 2008. He made the final
cut for Best of Breed.
Cash is a spitting image of his Dam, Bisous &
has that same happy-go-lucky attitude.
He was the well-behaved quiet one of the bunch, and continues to be a 'cuddler-extraordinaire" ~ as well as just a fun dog to be around. We plan to get out on some birds this Winter. Already at a young age, he was showing the drive he inherited from his parents and excellent use of his nose. (CH Szizlin Dillon Jackie's Red JH (Dillon) x CH Quail Quest's French Kiss JH (Bisous))
Newz Flash! Flash back: Pictured right going Best of Breed from the puppy class over specials for his second major ~ and then on to a Group 4! All in his first weekend out showing at 10 months of age! Flash Forward! Cash takes another Group 4 at the Augusta KC show on 10/07! And an Award of Merit at the Vizsla Club of the Carolinas Supported entry 12/07.
Loved & Spoiled Rotten by Jacque Rogers & Bill Foster ~ Greenville, SC Bred by Anna & Fred Defenbaugh & Penny Rasins, Santorini Vizslas ~ Whelped September 29, 2005 Cash started his show career at the competitive Foothills circuit in Greenville, SC at 10 months of age... what a debut it was! Back to back 4 & 5 point majors, including a Best of Breed from the puppy class over specials and a Sporting Group 4 placement! (see comments from judge Phillip Lanard below) He finished his championship with 3 majors, all the while having a blast in the ring. "From front to end, there is not a single 'hole' in this dog. He has such a correct topline & tail set (I am tired of seeing flat toplines on Vizslas), nice front, wonderful attitude & willingness to work for his handler. All she has to do is look at him & he plants his feet & stands proud. This is one of the nicest Vizsla puppies I've seen in years. Very well put together. This dog will go far. Can I take him home with me?" (Judge Phillip Lanard , after awarding Cash Best of Breed over nationally ranked specials, and then on to a Sporting group 4).
